About Brian
Born and raised in Santa Paula for the first 52 years of his life and currently living in Ventura, Brian knows VENTURA County. With 40+ years in real estate, Brian has worked with all kinds of people and places. From young blue-collar couples to multi-millionaire executives. Brian with his staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese. Brian has been married to his wife, Jeongsook "Janice" Guevara for over 20 years and has two wonderful boys, one, Eli Christian, who attends school in Oak Park. Brandon, a Freshman at Ventura Community College is an avid runner with a PR of 4:33 in the 1600m, as a high school senior. He ran with the Newbury Park Panthers National Championship XC team in 2023, and the third-place State Championship team in 2024. He has also been playing violin since the age of four, formally played with the OPHS Orchestra, and has been a member of the Conejo Valley Youth Orchestra for several years. He also loves playing Airsoft with his friends. Eli Christian has just turned 14 and he is a voracious reader and enjoys art, snow skiing, basketball, soccer, and playing outside with his friends. He too has an ear for music and enjoys learning the piano and the recorder and currently plays the clarinet for the Medea Creek Middle School Band. Of course, they are both wizards at Minecraft, Fortnight, and Roblox!
